In 2019, I joined the start-up company PT. Solution Force Indonesia, where I assumed dual roles as General Manager and Marketing Manager. In these capacities, I collaborated closely with the CEO to conduct research and prepare presentation materials for potential partners. I also worked alongside the Marketing Director to oversee all branding and marketing initiatives.

 

My responsibilities extended to managing daily business operations, ensuring project timelines were met, and resolving internal staff conflicts. Additionally, I handled various administrative, logistical, human resource, and accounting tasks, demonstrating my ability to manage multiple functions effectively within a dynamic start-up environment.
